We ensure that our customers fully respect their privacy and protect their personal data.
We process the personal data provided to us by customers in a manner consistent with the scope of the permission granted by customers and the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018. on the protection of personal data and the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC RODO. We store customers' personal data on shoper.pl servers ensuring their full security. Only authorized employees of the Store have access to the database.
Every customer who has provided us with their personal data has full access to their data in order to verify, modify them or request their deletion.
The Store does not transfer, sell or lend collected personal data of customers to third parties, except with the express consent or at the request of the customer or at the request of legally authorized state authorities in connection with ongoing proceedings.
Processing of personal data provided by Customers and Users is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO for the purposes of providing services by upominkireligijne.pl through the online store www.upominkireligijne.pl, including for accounting purposes, contacting the User and the Customer, making settlements through the payment operator, and generating courier bills of lading for shipment. ART CHRISTIANA company provides shipments by courier company InPost and DPD.
Personal data processing is also carried out on the basis of the consent expressed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO for the processing of personal data of the User and the Customer for marketing purposes (i.e. newsletter mailing).

Our Store also uses so-called cookies (cookies). These files are saved on the customer's computer by our server and provide statistical data about the customer's activity, in order to select our offer to suit his individual needs and tastes. The Customer may disable the option to accept cookies in his/her web browser at any time, although he/she must be aware that in some cases disconnecting these files may hinder the use of our Store's offer. Cookies stored on the Customer's computer store information about:
- the User's session,
- last viewed products,
- voting in a poll.

We send advertising and promotional materials to Clients only if they have given their consent. This applies in particular to newsletters sent to the Customer if he confirms the link clearly indicated by us containing acceptance to receive newsletters about current promotions, discounts and news in our Store. These materials relate exclusively to the offer of our Store.
